Robert D.(Bobby) Keahey is a 1984 graduate of Cumberland School of Law. After graduating, he joined the Keahey Law Office. In 1986, Bobby ran and was elected as District Attorney of the First Judicial Circuit, which includes Choctaw, Clarke and Washington Counties. He retired after 18 years of service in January 2005 and joined the Keahey Law Office as a partner. He now serves as a Supernumerary District Attorney.
Bobby has a wide range of practice which focuses on Civil Jury trials handling complex corporate litigation, wrongful death, and personal injury cases for both Plaintiffs and Defendants. On the domestic relations side Bobby is the attorney for the Clarke County Department of Human Relations and also handles numerous cases involving divorce and child custody disputes. His years as district attorney serves his clients well in handling various criminal cases from DUI’s to serious felony cases even though he is limited in what cases he can accept.
