George M.(Marc) Keahey is a 2004 graduate of Cumberland School of Law. He served as indigent defense counsel for one year. In 2006, he ran and was elected State Representative of House District 65. He also serves as an Assistant District Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit. In January 2007, Marc joined the Keahey Law Office as a partner. In June of 2009, Marc was elected to the Alabama State Senate for District 22. District 22 encompasses parts of eight counties in Southwest Alabama - Baldwin, Choctaw, Clarke, Conecuh, Escambia, Mobile, Monroe and Washington. Marc is the youngest member of the State Legislature.
